Real Madrid and Spain worldwide, Isco, has spoken out about working with new head coach Luis Enrique, showing support for the new rules the coach is implementing.

"I won't answer that question as you'll write whatever you like in your section in the newspaper, so I'll just you let you carry on in that manner", Isco said. My conscience is very clear. Sporting director, and former Real Madrid defender, Fernando Hierro took charge for the tournament as Spain were surprisingly eliminated at the last-16 stage by the hosts.

Former Barcelona boss Luis Enrique spoke warmly of the 32-year-old at his own briefing and Ramos was keen to return the compliment. Past year I was in the preliminary squad but, in the end, not selected. "We had met before as rivals", he explained. It has been positive.

"In my experience I have always got on really well with people with strong characters and there have been really good vibes since the first day".

Despite a couple of mistakes for his national team, De Gea remains one of the finest goalkeepers in the world. "I'm thrilled to have him and hope he is with us for a long time - he's exceeded what I expected of him". We are trying to implement his philosophy. All this new information is good. We want to have the ball, to create chance, press high and be aggressive.
